Amazon.com Inc.’s Internet Movie Database is buying out media company
Without A Box Inc., according to
Dow Jones. The Seattle
Internet retailer said Without A Box, a company that promotes
independent film and connects artists with audiences, will continue as a stand-alone operation in the Los Angeles area. Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
