Steve Bodurtha has joined Citigroup as head of investments for North America, The Wall Street Journal reports. He will oversee the investments platform for the private bank across the U.S. and Canada.

Previously, he was head of institutional retirement, philanthropy and investments for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Bodurtha, who will also hold a managing director title, will report to both Peter Charrington, CEO of Citi’s private bank in North America, and global head of investments, Shantanu Rastogi.
