IADB Makes First TFFP Loan

The Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) will make the first loan under its Trade Finance Facilitation Programme (TFFP) to Brazil’s Banco Industrial e Comercial (Bicbanco), which specializes in financing small and medium-size enterprises.

The announcement of up to $50 million in A and B loans to Bicbanco under the TFFP was made during the annual meeting of the FELABAN federation of Latin American banks, which is taking place in Miami.
