Banco Santander Chile has sold $500 million of three-year dollar bonds in an overseas issue, Bloomberg reports. The senior unsecured notes were sold in the 144a private placement market, adds Reuters.
Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan Chase and Banco Santander arranged the bond sale for the lender. The Santiago-based bank will use the sale proceeds for general corporate purposes.
