Ballast Point Venture Partners has completed its second venture fund raising $140 million, AltAssets reports. Ballast Point Ventures II crossed the firm’s target of $125 million.

The fund secured commitments from over 50 investors, including anchor investor Raymond James Financial. Ballast Point partners, Richard Brandewie, Drew Graham and Paul John, will manage the fund.
