Federal investigators in the Galleon Group case are seeking trading records from hedge fund manager, Richard Grodin, The Wall Street Journal reports. Grodin has been subpoenaed, but it does not suggest any wrongdoing.
Grodin employed an ex-employee of an investor-relations firm, who investigators feel passed along inside information in the case about Google. Grodin has earlier worked for SAC Capital Advisors.
