John Deere Owner Trust will issue $727 million of asset-backed securities to investors, The Wall Street Journal reports. The deal is eligible for funding under a Federal Reserve program.
The offering, which as four tranches, is just ahead of the next loan application deadline for the Fed’s Term Asset-Backed Securities Loan Facility. Deutsche Bank Securities and Citigroup are joint lead managers for the sale, adds Reuters.
