Institutional Investor News’ 2009 Rising Stars of Hedge Funds is an awards program that recognizes up-and-coming professionals from across the hedge fund community who have achieved a demonstrable level of success in their careers to-date, have shown a commitment to continued growth and contributions to the industry, and are poised to evolve into leaders in their fields. Nominated by their managers, mentors and peers, our Stars are ultimately selected by the business editors of Institutional Investor News following their careful review of industry submissions.
This year’s Rising Stars were honored at the 7th Annual Hedge Fund Industry Awards Dinner on June 22, 2009, and their profiles were first published in the 2009 Global Hedge Fund Leadership Report in July of 2009.
