Turin Networks and Force10 Networks are planning to merge, Business Journal reports. Under the deal, terms of which have not been disclosed, the new company will incorporate the name of Force 10.

Turin’s ceo Henry Wasik will hold the top spot of the combined company. James Hanley, ceo of Force 10, will hold the post of president, field operations, with accountability for sales, marketing, services and business development.
