PDVSA has signed several cooperation agreements with Portugals oil company
Galp aimed at developing pipelines for two gas producing fields in eastern Venezuela.
The agreements also include the development, production and commercialization of oil producing from block Boyaca 6 at the Orinoco belt and a study for wind farms in the Guajira, Chacopata and Nueva Esparta regions.
The accords also stipulate the delivery of 30,000 oil barrels per day in exchange for food supplies and repair services to Venezuelan merchant ship carrier PDV Marina.
