Stellar Asset Management has unveiled a technology enterprise investment scheme (EIS) fund, Financial Times reports. The Stellar Technology EIS fund will focus on investments in U.K. technology companies that face difficulty in raising new capital for expansion.

The asset manager has appointed Accretion Capital, a specialist management team, to float the fund. The fund requires a minimum investment of £10,000 and the firm is offering a 2% discount on the initial fee for investments in the fund before Jan. 31, 2010.
